Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators to create interdisciplinary projects that enhance the learning experience. Stay updated on best practices in education, including literacy education, early childhood education, and special education methodologies. Skills Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and practices. Experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly desirable. Understanding of child welfare practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Ability to teach physical education effectively, promoting health and fitness among students. Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support. Proficient in lesson planning and classroom management techniques to facilitate an engaging learning environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff members.
