Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field, active Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) certification, and 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. ProCare Therapy is seeking a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist for a school-based contract position with a local school district in St. Lucie, FL. 06/1/2027 Full-time (7hrs x 5days per week) Providing DHH services to a variety of schools K-12 Assisting with FLEs Across the District Assisting with Usher Screenings Across the District Assisting with Collecting Audiological Evaluations and Uploading to PEER Active FL DOE Certification Fingerprints are required, will potentially be able to pull prints from DOH without completing new prints.
