The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that promote early literacy, behavior management, and overall child welfare. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met in a private school setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct. Provide individualized support to children with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress in literacy education and other developmental areas. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all students. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices in toddler care. Skills Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices. Proficiency in literacy education techniques tailored for young learners. Effective behavior management skills to maintain a harmonious classroom atmosphere. Experience in lesson planning that engages children and meets educational standards. Knowledge of childcare regulations and child welfare best practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a private school setting while fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Familiarity with special education strategies to support diverse learning needs.
