What You'll Do As a Special Education Teacher, you will: Create engaging, individualized lessons that meet students where they are. Foster a safe, loving, and Christ-centered classroom culture. Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with therapists, families, paraprofessionals, and fellow educators. Celebrate every milestone—big and small. Encourage independence, confidence, and lifelong learning. Utilize technology, hands-on activities, and creative teaching strategies to make learning meaningful. Maintain student records, progress reports, and educational documentation. Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating Christian values in both words and actions. We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
