ABA Path - Tampa, FL $20-$35/hr | 5-15 hours/week | In-Person Possible Full Time Opportunities Why You'll Love This Role Are you passionate about helping students with special needs succeed in a supportive, collaborative environment? ABA Path is seeking a Part-Time ESE Teacher to support students in our Home Education Instructional Program , located within our ABA therapy clinic. This role offers daytime hours , a small caseload , and the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy individualized instruction , flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact—without the demands of a traditional classroom. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 and small-group instruction to students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with BCBAs, tutors, and clinical staff to support educational and behavioral goals Adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs Track progress and adjust instruction as needed Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Communicate with families and team members as appropriate
What We're Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree Teaching or tutoring experience Experience working with students with special needs Ability to work on-site in Tampa during daytime hours Florida teaching certification or Statement of Eligibility Special education experience Experience working with students on the autism spectrum Reading or instructional certifications (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Barton, Wilson) If you meet most—but not all—of the above, we still encourage you to apply!
