Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional planning. Qualifications Valid Florida certification as a teacher or proven experience as a former teacher in school settings. Demonstrated experience working with children across various developmental stages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Experience with special education, early intervention programs, and literacy education is highly desirable. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, child welfare policies, and health & safety regulations such as first aid and CPR certifications. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Prior classroom experience in daycare, private school, or preschool environments is preferred. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate math skills, physical education activities, and holistic child development strategies.
