Job Description

As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Compensation:
$18 hourly to start
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space. Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
Qualifications:
Active, hands-on approach to work — you'll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
