Key Qualifications:
Valid GaPSC Teaching Educator Certificate Endorsement in SPED General Curriculum Experience teaching or supporting students with diverse learning needs, preferably in an inclusion or resource setting Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with fellow educators and support staff Commitment to fostering a respectful, equitable classroom environment
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and support to a small caseload of students within an inclusion setting Work collaboratively with two experienced teams to implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and modify interventions as needed Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans tailored to unique learning styles and needs Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements Communicate proactively with families to build strong school-home partnerships and encourage student growth
