Maintain detailed records of student activities, progress reports, and classroom management logs to ensure compliance with educational policies. Experience Prior classroom management experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or Montessori methods is a plus. Experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, especially in daycare or private school environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to support student achievement.
