Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Special Education Teachers to support a partnering school district in Henry County for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year . This is a great opportunity to join a district preparing for growth, including new behavior support classrooms.
Quick Details:
Pay:
$36 to $38 an hour
Assignment:
August 3, 2026 - May 26, 2027
Schedule:
Full-time (7.5 hours/day, ~37.5 hours/week)
Hours:
Typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (varies by school)

Autism self-contained classrooms Adapted curriculum General curriculum special education New behavior support program
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement IEPs and individualized lesson plans Support students with autism, behavioral needs, and multiple disabilities Monitor and track student progress using data-driven strategies Apply strong classroom and behavior management techniques Collaborate with school teams, administrators, and families
Qualifications:
