Primary Responsibilities:

Teach swimmers with varying abilities and special needs through our Golden Learner program using adaptive teaching techniques in accordance with our proprietary curriculum Provide individualized support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to swimmers Foster a safe, patient, and inclusive learning environment Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding swimmer progress and achievements Collaborate with team members to ensure the best experience for all swimmers

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Experience working with children, especially children with special needs, preferred Patient, compassionate, and positive attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual swimmer needs High energy and strong work ethic Comfortable working in the water and leading group or one-on-one instruction Must pass background examinations prior to training
