We're looking for motivated male candidates who are passionate about helping children and eager to begin their journey in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism, supporting skill development and positive behaviors. Record data and progress accurately using electronic systems. Collaborate with families and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Qualifications Male candidates High school diploma or equivalent. Passion for working with children and making a difference. Patience, empathy, and professionalism. Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training course . A 6-month minimum commitment to ensure continuity of care. Additional Details Services are provided in clients' homes or community settings. Positions start part-time, with room to grow.
