Qualifications:
Hold current certification in Special Education. Previous experience supporting students and collaborating with teaching staff is highly preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Provide critical support to other special education teachers during morning hours (8:00-11:00am, Monday through Friday). Collaborate with educators to develop and implement individualized learning strategies. Assist in adapting curriculum materials to suit diverse student needs. Monitor student progress and contribute to team planning sessions.
