Your day-to-day will include:
Working directly with kids to build communication, social, and daily living skills Supporting positive behaviors and guiding children through challenges with patience and consistency Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA Tracking and recording client progress so the team can celebrate growth and adjust support when needed Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary team Attending regular trainings so you always feel confident and prepared in your role What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (required) A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact Patience, energy, and a team-first attitude Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred, but not required — we'll train you!)
