Duties & Responsibilities:

(Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships) Willingness to work collaboratively with the building SIT Team and perform duties as assigned. Willing to step into the classroom to cover teachers. Entering data into district and/or building systems to streamline MTSS structures. Assist in facilitating/guiding BSAT, SIT, PBIS, SAFETY/SECURITY and other building level teams. Plan and carry out staff development that is pertinent to the building's ESSA Plans and/or Title Plans. Support MTSS systems within the building. Support Tier 2 reading, math and behavioral instruction. Support Tier 3 reading, math and behavioral instruction. Ability to oversee breakfast, lunch, recess, bussing, and before/after school supervision. Ability to arrange for guest teacher in-house coverage when subs are not available. Oversee and assist in the evaluation, scheduling and day to day expectations of paraeducators. Attend IEP's as the Administrative Designee for this program. Willingness to be in charge of or assist with ISASP testing and protocol. Facilitate meetings with staff and parents. Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the building. Be able to motivate and recognize staff achievement. All other duties as assigned by the principal. Endorsement [102]

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to - Sit, stand, speak, hear, see, and walk to carry out routine duties. Must be able to occasionally lift, move, or push items of 50 lbs. such as assisting children or moving/rearranging furniture. Must be able to supervise students in all types of weather. Meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff. Must be able to implement Crisis Prevention Intervention strategies, including appropriate physical restraint procedures and escorting.

Must have basic mathematical and computer proficiency. Ability to read, write and understand English. Previous experience working with Google and Microsoft products. Previous customer service experience.
