What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) Learning Behavior Specialist endorsement (LBS1) Prior classroom experience strongly preferred Current knowledge in educational methodologies and instruction Understanding of child development theory and practice Strong communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IEPs/BIPs in accordance with IDEA and Illinois regulations Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administration Foster an inclusive classroom supporting diverse learning needs Document student progress and adjust plans as needed Engage in ongoing professional learning
