Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to students with varying learning needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Maintain progress monitoring and accurate documentation of student performance Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Participate in professional development and department meetings as required Ensure adherence to special education laws, regulations, and best practices
