This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in a structured educational environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide differentiated instruction and academic support Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Qualifications Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required LBS1 endorsement required Previous special education experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Passion for supporting student success and growth Why Apply?
