Include:

Providing individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP goals Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that support academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth Fostering a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborating with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and school staff to support student success Monitoring student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participating in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary team members Utilizing evidence-based instructional and behavior management strategies

Job Details Position:

Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

Hours:

Full-time (Monday - Friday), 37.5 hours per week

Caseload:

3 middle school positions open Successful Candidates Possess Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist I) endorsement required New graduates are encouraged to apply with appropriate licensure Ability to work onsite (virtual or hybrid candidates are not eligible) The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor Why Navra?
