This position focuses on providing exceptional instructional support within co-teaching environments at the 6th and 7th-grade levels for both ELA and Math, collaborating closely with two fellow educators. This full-time role spans from August 19, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and follows a weekly schedule of 35 hours, with each workday beginning at 7:45 am. Compensation for this assignment ranges between $40 and $50 per hour, reflecting the specialized skills and commitment required for success.

Qualifications:

Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) endorsement required Experience in co-teaching and collaborative special education settings strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with middle school students, adapting instruction to varying educational needs Strong skills in differentiation, classroom management, and individualized education plan (IEP) implementation Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a commitment to inclusive practices
