Qualifications:
Current state certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification) Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field Prior experience working with diverse learning needs (preferred) Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
