What You Will Do:

Work with a cross functional team to provide support and mentoring Coordinate with current ops team and provide guidance to help prepare for production increases Meet weekly with operations leaders and provide improvement opportunities Work the shop floor as an ops lead helping to guide product more efficiently out the door Assist in the documentation of improvements and standard work

What You Will Bring:

Relevant experience in Aerospace Operations doing scheduling/planning/supply chain/operations lead process improvement 10-40 years of experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment but can also be self-directed required Due the nature of the work, you must be a

US Citizen Pay Range:

35/hour-180/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered 100% on-site position located in Rockford, ILL You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.
