Job Description

SPECIAL EDUCATION PRESCHOOL INCLUSION TEACHER JOB DESCRIPTION
 Serve as teacher of record for students on caseload  Create and implement lesson plans based on students' needs and goals  Complete ISPROUT assessments on classroom students  Coordinate and hold case conferences for students on caseload  Write IEPs and share IEP information with necessary staff  Quarterly progress monitoring and reporting to parents of goals for students on caseload  Ensure accommodations and modifications are understood by all staff with an academic interest in the student and monitor that the accommodations and modifications are being implemented as written in the IEP  Plan for, supervise, and evaluate paraeducators in the classroom  Complete and maintain all Paths to Quality requirements
