Special Education Teacher

Bachelor's Degree with appropriate licensure Planning and Preparing a curriculum based on Indiana academic standards, delivering instruction, grading students appropriately, and preparing students for required testing. This job requires clear communication between the students, administration, and parents/guardians. CMS Teachers work with each other in collaborating at both the grade level and by subject area. Managing a caseload of students for which they coordinate serices, including communicating with families, staff members, and other personnel, working within the special education team to help families navigate services. Timely communicate with others and be comfortable with documentation required by the state and the school corporation.
