Job Description
The Resource Teacher's primary task is to support students with exceptional learning needs. Purpose Teachers in Lutheran schools carry the prime responsibility for achieving the school's distinctively Christian mission, purpose, and objectives. Teachers carry out this responsibility as together they plan and pursue their school's purpose. Individually, teachers contribute to achieving purpose as their teaching and life styles exemplify and model Christian faith and life. The modeling role would not be considered a separate component of good teaching but rather an integral part of all components.
