Qualifications:
  • Requires years' experience in a license facility and/or CDA or Bachelors in Education or related field for a Lead Teaching Position in our Preschool classrooms.

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging lesson plans, and create a nurturing environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your leadership will inspire young learners while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom experience. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced educators passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives through innovative teaching and strong classroom management. Duties Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and hands on activites. Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth Lead daily classroom activities for diverse age groups such as toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring developmental appropriateness Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions Collaborate with families to support each child's unique needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides to ensure high-quality instruction and consistent classroom management Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results Experience Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and hands on learning techniques Strong background in classroom management and behavior management strategies Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is preferred Familiarity with childhood development principles and best practices for toddler care and preschool education Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners Prior classroom experience involving lesson planning, tutoring, or teaching physical education is highly desirable Join us as a Lead Teacher where your passion for early childhood education will inspire young minds every day!
