Job Description

Job Overview Join the Team at Kincare Behavioral Health! Do you want to make an impact in the lives of others? Kincare Behavioral Health is now looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), or those looking to become RBTs, to join our team and provide in-home services! We offer part-time (20 hours per week) and full-time positions ( 40 hours per week) during weekdays, with the opportunity for overtime if desired. Kincare is locally owned and operated, and we take pride in providing our team with a collaborative and supportive environment. At Kincare, your hard work and dedication to providing quality ABA services is always valued and encouraged. We also offer referral bonuses and opportunities for leadership. We Offer:

Supervision and training toward advanced qualifications within the Behavioral Science field The opportunity to help a local business grow in an expanding field Flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available Responsibilities Assist in implementing treatment plans for clients Observe and record data on client behavior and progress Provide support during patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations Maintain accurate documentation and medical records as required Work with clients to promote skill development and behavioral improvement Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care Engage with families on client progress and strategies for support at home Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve while gaining valuable experience in the field of behavioral health!
