Desired Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification. Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Skilled in developing and adapting instructional materials to meet varying needs. Ability to foster a positive and empathetic rapport with students, families, and colleagues.Role Responsibilities:
Design and deliver lessons aligned with IEP goals and state standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and monitor progress. Modify curriculum and use creative strategies for diverse learners. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
