Skills Extensive knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development theories and classroom management techniques. Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or private schools with a focus on toddler care and preschool experience. Strong curriculum development skills covering literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methodologies. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education environments. Experience in working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable.
