Duties Implement provided comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Adapt instructional strategies and activities to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques tailored for students with special needs. Utilize educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and track student progress through standardized testing and formative assessments.
