Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to student goals and abilities Maintain accurate and timely progress reports, documentation, and IEP records Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for all students Foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning and personal development Participate actively in professional development and school initiatives throughout the academic year Address challenges creatively, adapting instruction as needed to ensure student engagement
