Special Education Teacher Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. Do:
Lead, train and supervise a classroom team using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based instruction. Develop and manage IEPs and oversee individualized programming Mentor and coach paraeducators Collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders and families to provide quality inclusion opportunities for the learners in the classroom. Need:
Master s degree preferred MA special education license (or reciprocity eligibility) Demonstrated proficiency in the application of the principles of
ABA. CPR
certification completion through the agency within 6 months of employment Prior supervisory experience Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability Reliable transportation
