Job Description

This contract opportunity runs from August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and is designed for a dedicated Special Education Teacher passionate about working with pre-kindergarten through 2nd-grade students who have severe disabilities and medical needs. In this position, you'll be part of a highly collaborative team devoted to delivering individualized instruction that meets each child where they are. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid DSE Severe Needs teaching license required Previous experience working with students with severe/profound disabilities preferred Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs), behavior intervention strategies, and assistive technology Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and medical staff Compassion, patience, and adaptability to respond to students' unique needs

Key Responsibilities:
