Candidates should have a solid understanding of disability and experience with delivering functional academics, vocational skills and job skills. The position will require a combination of in school, community and internship opportunities. The facility provides culinary, laundry and classroom space for access and learning. The curriculum encompasses daily living skills, vocational skills, work skills and functional academics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Understanding of the special education process, IEP development, progress monitoring, student evaluation and the transition to adult life.
