Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing company and help raise the level of Home Care in the Boston area. You will be proud to help us grant seniors their #1 wish--to continue to live independently in their homes during retirement. This role is responsible for scheduling and maintaining both caregiver and client schedules to ensure the highest quality of care. This will require a high level of communication and detail. Must be comfortable making and receiving phone calls. This position will answer our phones and be the first, welcoming voice or callers hear each day. The Senior Home Care Scheduling Specialist will also provide a supportive role to our HR, Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams including recruitment initiatives, onboarding, administrative support, compliance/records, and providing our caregivers with a rich experience through support over the phone. Desired Schedule:
Full time 40 hours /week.
