Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Sr. Teacher for our Lexington Knowledge Beginnings center. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children, lead classroom activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. You will observe and document children's progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to support each child's unique needs. As a senior educator, you'll mentor assistant teachers, model best practices in early childhood education, and contribute to a positive, inclusive center culture focused on growth and learning.
