Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist pet owners and their animals with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks such as medical record keeping and billing.
• Handle medical collection processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a clean environment.
• Provide animal restraint when necessary during procedures.
• Assist with kennel duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is required.
• Knowledge of animal anatomy, husbandry, and care practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with animal catheterization techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
