Full Time or Part Time B2B Academy is looking for an experienced, caring, and creative EEC Certified Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Medway, MA. We are looking for someone who is personable, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with children. The ideal candidate has significant hands on childcare experience and enjoys developing creative, age appropriate curriculum that keeps children engaged, learning, and excited to come to school each day. What We Offer $22 to $27 per hour based on experience, education, and EEC certification level Full Time and Part Time opportunities Eligibility for an annual performance bonus Continuing education and professional development reimbursement CPR and First Aid training provided if certification is not already held Opportunities for professional growth and additional responsibility Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape classroom curriculum Consistent childcare center environment in Medway, MA Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care to children Create a safe, positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment Develop and implement creative, age appropriate lesson plans and curriculum Plan hands on activities involving art, music, literacy, sensory play, STEM, movement, imaginative play, and social emotional development Establish consistent classroom routines and expectations Use positive and patient behavior guidance techniques Observe and support each child's developmental progress Build strong, professional relationships with children and their families Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day, development, and needs Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and B2B Academy leadership Maintain required classroom records and documentation Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations and B2B Academy health, safety, and supervision policies Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and center activities Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional childcare or early childhood education experience Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve in a Teacher level position EEC Teacher certification or qualification in Infant Toddler and or Preschool appropriate to the assigned classroom Experience working in a licensed childcare, preschool, daycare, or early education environment Experience planning and implementing age appropriate classroom activities or curriculum Strong classroom management and communication skills Patient, dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to successfully complete all required EEC Background Record Checks Ability to complete required EEC StrongStart training and ongoing professional development Preferred Qualifications EEC Lead Teacher certification College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field Experience independently developing lesson plans and classroom curriculum Experience working with multiple age groups Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required B2B Academy can provide CPR and First Aid training if needed Who We Are Looking For At B2B Academy, we want teachers who do more than simply supervise a classroom.
