A contracted opportunity is available at both the middle and high school level near Northampton, MA, where your expertise will help shape a positive, inclusive learning environment. As a valued team member, you'll deliver direct services to students, adapt instruction to diverse learning needs, and collaborate with dedicated professionals in a supportive setting.

Key Qualifications:

Valid 5-12 Moderate Special Education Certification required Experience working with middle or high school students Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom where every student can succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct instructional services tailored to students with moderate disabilities in middle or high school settings Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Adapt curriculum materials to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners Implement evidence-based strategies for behavioral, academic, and social-emotional success Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed for optimal outcomes Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff to ensure continuity of services This contract role offers a chance to expand your skills, work with a dynamic school community, and play a key part in students' educational journeys.
