Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Massachusetts preferred) Prior experience working with students with moderate disabilities Proficiency in developing, implementing, and evaluating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong collaboration skills with therapists, support staff, and families Ability to adapt general education curriculum and instructional materials Familiarity with behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Excellent organizational and communication abilitiesCore Responsibilities:
