Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts certification for Moderate Disabilities Background in Special Education; experience at the middle-school level is a plus Commitment for the remainder of the current school year, with opportunity for renewal into 2026/2027 Strong collaborative abilities for co-teaching settings Adaptability, compassion, and a drive to foster student development
Responsibilities:
Co-teach in middle school classrooms, implementing individualized education plans Adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with moderate disabilities Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families Provide progress monitoring and contribute to IEP development Cultivate an inclusive, positive classroom environment
