Organization Type:

Community‑based Human Services & Early Intervention Provider Requirements Active Massachusetts licensure in one of the following: OT, RN, LMHC, SLP, PT, or LCSW/LICSW, and eligibility to serve as an Early Intervention Specialist Early Intervention Specialist certification (or ability to obtain per state standards) Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in home‑ or community‑based settings Valid Massachusetts driver's license , reliable transportation, and willingness to travel for home visits Job Duties Conduct developmental assessments and eligibility evaluations across cognitive, motor, communication, social‑emotional, and adaptive domains Collaborate with families to develop and update Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with measurable goals Provide home‑, community‑, and group‑based early intervention services using a parent/caregiver coaching model Educate and empower families to support child development, access resources, and advocate for their child's needs Coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers to ensure integrated service delivery Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Early Intervention operational standards Monitor progress toward IFSP goals and adjust interventions as needed

Additional Information Schedule:

Flexible, built around caseload; seeking 30-40 hours/week (24 hours minimum). No weekends. Some virtual visits available for island‑based families Pay Range (Hourly, DOE):

Occupational Therapist:

$34-38/hr

Registered Nurse:

$33-36/hr Licensed Mental Health Counselor / Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW): $33-35.50/hr Speech‑

Language Pathologist:

$37-40/hr

Physical Therapist:
