Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in small groups and one-on-one settings. Assess student progress through data-driven practices and adjust strategies as needed. Foster supportive relationships with students, encouraging independence and growth. Communicate consistently with parents, guardians, and team members regarding student progress and strategies. Participate in professional development and contribute to team planning sessions. Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality and reporting requirements.
