This is a 12-month, benefits-eligible position. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong instructional experience, a nurturing approach to teaching, and a deep commitment to the social and academic development of young children. Essential Functions Provides grade-appropriate instructional programs for Early Childhood students that align with the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives. Develops lesson plans with clear objectives that are aligned with Archdiocesan standards. Observes and assesses student progress, maintains detailed records of student behavior and development, and communicates progress with parents. Communicates with parents in a clear, professional, and timely manner. Supports the mission of the school and the Catholic Church through instructional practices. Position Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred. Successful completion of 6 semester hours, 90 clock hours, or the equivalent of approved preservice training, or possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a child care center or school setting. This position requires absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach.
