Unit I Salary Scale:

OVERVIEW

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Eligibility for MSDE teacher licensure in appropriate field; content knowledge in the field of specialization. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and emotional control; maintain organization and punctuality. Understanding and commitment to the goals and values of Washington County Public Schools.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
These expectations outline the physical and mental demands required to successfully perform the essential job functions. Teacher performance is evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of professional personnel.
