  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and qualified Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture our three-year-old learners.
As a key leader in our early childhood education team, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, development, and a love of learning. Your expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child welfare will ensure each child's growth is supported through tailored lesson plans and innovative teaching strategies. Qualifications:
Must have 90 hrs of Pre-school lead qualification certificate Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs—including special education and early intervention—and build strong partnerships. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of childcare and classroom experience. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Maintain detailed documentation of lesson plans, child observations, and progress reports aligned with early childhood education standards. Skills Extensive experience in preschool or daycare settings with a focus on toddler care and early childhood development. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention strategies, and behavior management practices. Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction—including Montessori methods—and teaching physical education. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, staff, and community partners. Ability to adapt teaching approaches for diverse learning styles and developmental levels. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and child welfare best practices within private school or daycare environments.
