What You'll Do Every Day Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate curriculum for K-5 Champion the physical, emotional, and developmental growth of each child Keep the classroom safe, energetic, and genuinely fun Build real relationships with kids, families, and fellow teachers Lead by example — model the warmth and curiosity you want to see What You Bring Minimum qualification: MSDE 90-hour School-Age Certification, or a CDA with School-Age Endorsement. Ideal candidates also bring 3 years of relevant experience, plus: Strong understanding of child development and instructional strategies Knowledge of MSDE regulations A warm, friendly, and cool-tempered presence Solid communication skills — verbal and written Rock-solid reliability and punctuality Highly organized, able to juggle priorities and multitask A true team player who genuinely enjoys working with others About the Campus Bells Mill/Potomac — Nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Cabin John Middle and Bells Mill Elementary Schools.
