Type:

full-time Infinit Technologies is seeking an experienced Engineering/STEM Education Consultant to support our growing engineering laboratory equipment business on a flexible, contract basis. We are particularly interested in retired or adjunct engineering/science faculty, experienced STEM educators, laboratory coordinators, or technical college/community college professionals who would like to remain professionally active while working on a flexible schedule. What You'll Do ???? Help promote our engineering and STEM laboratory equipment to universities, community colleges, technical colleges, and other educational institutions ???? Participate with our team in Zoom meetings with faculty, department chairs, and other customers ???? Help understand customers' laboratory and curriculum requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions ???? Provide an educator's perspective during technical and sales discussions ???? Assist with presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up discussions ???? Occasionally travel with our team to universities and customer sites for meetings, demonstrations, and relationship development Who We're Looking For We'd especially like to hear from candidates with experience in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, Chemistry, STEM education, or technical laboratory instruction . Previous experience as a professor, adjunct faculty member, STEM teacher, laboratory coordinator, department chair, or lab technician would be highly valuable. Sales experience is helpful but not required . More important is the ability to communicate comfortably with engineering faculty and understand the educational laboratory environment.
