Position Description:
We are seeking a Resident Accounting Specialist - Medicare for an on-site role in Rockville, MD. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced skilled nursing and senior care environment. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running and manage Medicare billing and resident A/R responsibilities with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Top Requirements:
2+ years of healthcare billing and collections experience (skilled nursing / long-term care preferred) Medicare billing and claims processing experience, including claim review and acceptance Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up experience, including denials, unpaid accounts, and collections Experience using healthcare billing systems; PCC/PointClickCare preferred Strong working knowledge of Medicare rules and the ability to process transactions in compliance with complex regulations Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to work in multiple computer systems About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm—we are a trusted career partner.
