40 hours/week between 4:30am-8:00pm & every other weekendAssignment Length:
Temp-to-Hire Our client is actively hiring a Healthcare Staffing Operations Specialist in Bangor, Maine to support critical staffing functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position pays $19.50 per hour and is temp-to-hire , offering strong long-term potential. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where your ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and communicate effectively directly supports patient care and operational success. - Accurately record and update staffing schedules, including call-outs, shift coverage, role changes, and new or termed employees
- Support House Managers, including assisting with twice-daily patient flow meetings and documentation
- Run reports and audits to identify and resolve scheduling discrepancies
- Complete 4-week scheduling processes and maintain efficient workflows
- Process time-off requests in alignment with hospital policies and union agreements What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
